Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 15-day return policy. This means that you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return your items in the condition & packaging in which you received them.

To initiate a return, email us at: gailadjannie@.com. We will then send you a shipping label to return your ordered items. Items returned to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as it arrives and contact us immediately if your items are defective/incorrect. Refunds are provided only when an item is defective in the first 15 days after receiving the product.

If you request a refund and it is accepted, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please note that we are not responsible for any FX charges that your bank may charge.
